Barbara Anne (Forslund) Osterholt

Barbara, passed away last Thursday at the age of 78. Born and raised in Oakland, Ca. She graduated from Oakland High School in 1955, attended the Calif College of Arts & Crafts where she studied Art. She was employed in the display departments at Goldman's and Capwells. She was later employed as a Floral Designer at Darling Flowers. She enjoyed quilting and was a very accomplished quilter.

She is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, Garry; her 7 children, Scott (Teri Deane), Teresa Clark (Tim), Mark (Gail), Greg, Paul, Cynthia James, Eric; her 16 grandchildren and 2 great grandsons. She was a loving wife and mother who will be deeply missed and warmly remembered by all who knew her.

A rosary will be held Friday, May 27th at 7 p.m. at St. Jerome's Church and funeral mass on Saturday, May 28th at 11 a.m. at St. Jerome's Church, 308 Carmel Ave, El Cerrito, CA 94530. Interment will be at St. Joseph's Cemetery in San Pablo. Donations in her memory may be made to the charity of your choice or the St. Vincent DePaul Society conference at St. Jerome's Church, 308 Carmel Ave, El Cerrito, CA 94530.
