Wesley Earl Risedorph

Resident of Oakland Resident of Oakland (75 years) and Castro Valley Born to Earl and Sara (Antone) Risedorph in Oakland, Wes graduated from Oakland High School, UC Berkeley and UCSF Dental School. He was a Navy veteran of the Korean War and practiced dentistry in Oakland for over 40 years.Wes married Evelyn (Montgomery) who preceded him in death in 2011.

Wes is survived by his three children, Lynne Risedorph Garety Rodezno of Berkeley, Joanne Risedorph Herren (Alan) of Castro Valley, and Robert Risedorph (Irene) of Roseville; four grandchildren, Shawn-Andrea Garety, Wesley Beachdorph (April), Gabriella Rodezno, and Annaliese Risedorph Herren; one great grandchild, Brandon Robert Risedorph; niece Sue Mehrhof (Bob) of Mammoth Lakes, nephew John Montgomery of Eatonton, Georgia; step grand-children, Denise Kropf-Rodezno (Mary), Cynthia Quist (Don), Justyne Day and Timothy Day; and step great-grandchildren, Haley, Tony, Sofie, Julian, Mia, Gaby, and Julia.

A celebration of Wes's life will be held on Sunday, March 29th, from 2:00-5:00 PM at the Joaquin Miller Community Center, 3594 Sanborn Drive Oakland, California 94602.
